Book Club (Drawing) Wednesdays 5:15-6:15
For the readers, dreamers and storytellers.
Book Club combines creativity, drawing and storytelling as children explore the worlds, characters and adventures found within their favourite books. Throughout the term, students will design their own book covers, create character cards and develop an original comic inspired by their own ideas.
This class encourages children to think creatively, build narrative skills and bring their imagination to life through drawing. Whether they're already an avid reader or simply love creating characters and stories, there will be plenty of opportunities to explore their creativity and make each project uniquely their own.
With a strong focus on imagination and self-expression, Book Club is perfect for children who love getting lost in stories and creating worlds of their own.
Class Information
Suitable for ages 5+.
Early Bird pricing is available until Saturday 13 June at 7pm, saving you $40 off the full term fee.
Term 3 consists of 8 sessions, beginning the week of 20 July. We intentionally start in Week 2 of the school term to give families time to settle back into their routines.
Throughout the term, we aim to complete 3 artworks. This can vary depending on the nature of the projects and the pace of the group.
Our classes focus on the creative process, not just the finished product. Children are encouraged to spend time brainstorming, planning, refining and developing their ideas before bringing them to life.
All materials are included.
Classes are held at We Made, 11 Rutland Street, Newtown.
Families selecting the direct debit payment option will hear from us the week before classes begin with everything needed to get this set up.
Please Note
Bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable.
We are unable to offer make-up classes for missed sessions.
Enrolment secures your child's place for the entire term. Families are responsible for payment of the full term fee regardless of attendance.
By enrolling, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to our Terms & Conditions and studio policies.
If you choose direct debit and request to change & pay in full, please note there will be a $20 admin fee applied.
