Termly Classes

Confidence, creativity, and connection

Our Termly Art Classes give kids a weekly creative outlet to explore, express, and experiment.

We mix the fun of paint-splattered chaos with the confidence-building structure of learning new techniques and trying something fresh each week.

Because the only thing better than making art once is making it every week.

What happens in class

Each term brings a new theme and fresh creative projects.

From still life and self-portraits to clay work, collage, and mixed-media creations, we guide kids through a variety of art forms that spark imagination and help them build real-world creative skills.

Classes are small and relaxed, with plenty of one-on-one encouragement and space to explore their own ideas.

We focus on progress, not perfection, because creativity grows best when it’s fun.

Rather than rushing through a new artwork every week, we take our time — planning, experimenting, and bringing one piece to life over a few weeks.

It helps kids develop real artistic skills and confidence in their creative process.

Who it’s for

Our termly program is perfect for:

  • Kids who love art and want to learn proper techniques

  • Parents looking for an after-school activity that’s calm, hands-on, and confidence-boosting

  • Young artists who need a space to switch off from screens and express themselves freely

Ages 5–14. Beginners welcome. Everyone leaves a little prouder than they arrived.

If you love all things colourful, creative and deliciously fun, Sweet As is the class for you!

This term we'll be taking inspiration from candy shops, ice cream parlours and sweet treats as we create a collection of playful, larger-than-life artworks. Children will sculpt their own clay food creations, design and build a miniature candy shop and create an eye-catching ice cream-inspired sculpture.

Packed with bright colours, creative details and plenty of imagination, this class encourages children to think creatively while developing their construction, sculpting and design skills.

At We Made, we believe creativity should be fun, open-ended and accessible to everyone. Our small group environment allows children to explore their own ideas, take creative risks and create artwork that reflects their unique personality and interests.

What does happiness look like in colour? Can music inspire a painting? How can art help us express how we feel?

Mood Painting invites children to explore colour, emotion and self-expression through a series of creative painting projects. Throughout the term, we'll experiment with how colours, shapes, brushstrokes and music can influence the way we create.

Rather than focusing on painting things exactly as they appear, children will be encouraged to explore their own ideas, feelings and interpretations. This class is perfect for young artists who enjoy experimenting, expressing themselves and discovering new ways to communicate through art.

As always, our strengths-based approach means there is no right or wrong way to create. We focus on building confidence, encouraging creative thinking and helping children feel proud of their unique ideas.
