Looking for a school holiday session that feels meaningful and FUN?
Create Your Calm is a collaboration between We Made and Hart in Harmony, designed to support confidence, connection and creativity in a safe, supportive environment.
We begin the day at Ebb & Flow Wellness Studio with Maranda from Hart in Harmony for a 90 minute movement and affirmation session. Through yoga, mindful practice, meditation and creative expression, students explore what a safe space feels like to them. They will be guided through gentle emotional regulation tools and create a unique and personalised affirmation card set to take home. Each child will also receive a crystal as part of the experience.
After a supervised walk around the corner to We Made Studio, it’s time to eat lunch and reset before diving into a guided painting session. Using the same language and themes from the morning, students will create a canvas artwork inspired by calm, confidence and their own inner strength.
This is not just a yoga class.
And it’s not just a painting class.
It’s a feel good, confidence building studio day where kids move their bodies, express themselves creatively and leave feeling empowered and proud of what they have created.
Each student receives:
• 90 minute movement session
• Affirmation card set
• Crystal
• Guided painting session
• Canvas artwork to take home
What to bring:
• Lunch (if not adding on the optional Rebechhi’s toastie and snack pack)
• A water bottle
• Comfortable clothing suitable for movement and art. Aprons will be provided for painting, but please wear clothes that are okay if they get a little messy.

Cost: $95
Optional lunch add on from Rebechhi’s available for $20 (Lunch box including a cheese toastie & snacks)
Limited spaces available. Due to the nature of this collaboration, numbers are capped but slightly larger than our standard We Made classes.
